Parts Associates, Inc. Returns Policy
Customer Returns
- All returns of merchandise and relayed credits must be authorized and processed through your Parts Associates MRO Specialist. Returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Merchandise is returnable up to 45 days from date of original invoice only. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form.
- Custom assortments, non-stock orders and special orders are
NOT returnable. Fasteners are returnable
only if in original, unopened packaging.
- Hazardous materials may only be returned to Parts Associates by a certified hazardous material shipper. Contact your Parts Associates MRO Specialist to obtain specific hazardous material return instructions.
Parts Associates- OWNED OR LOANED EQUIPMENT
- Any and all equipment provided by Parts Associates at no charge, unless otherwise noted, remains the property of Parts Associates, and is to be used in conjunction with Parts Associates-supplied products only.
- Parts Associates owned or loaned equipment may not be removed, transferred, or altered in any way except by, or under the supervision of, an authorized Parts Associates representative.

PAST DUE INVOICES
Amounts unpaid within thirty (30) days after their due date will be subject to interest at 1-1/2% per month. Parts Associates may defer further shipments until all past due invoices are paid in full.
