Accordingly, we warrant that at the time of shipment our products will be free from defects in workmanship and material when used in a manner and under conditions that are consistent with the purposes for which our products where designed. Should a product be deemed defective, Parts Associates, Inc. will at customers option, replace the defective product or offer a full credit for the purchase price of the defective product.
 
Contact your local Sales Representative or our Sales Support Department at 1-800-321-1128 to get a Returned Material Authorization. As part of Parts Associates, Inc.'s efforts to maintain its reputation for the highest quality products, we require that the defective product be returned to us along with a written explanation of the usage, field conditions, and other factors concerning the product's claimed defect before a replacement part or credit may be issued.
 
This warranty is given in lieu of all other warranties, express or implied, and supersedes any other representations or warranties, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Parts Associates, Inc.'s liability under the foregoing warranty shall be limited to the remedies set forth above. In no event shall Parts Associates, Inc.'s liability exceed the purchase price of the product with respect to which a claim is made. In no case will Parts Associates, Inc. be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages (including without limitation lost revenues and lost production) that may result from a breach of the foregoing warranty.
